User Accounts

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Payslix). By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy.

Refund Policy

• Digital Goods: Conversation credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Unused Credits: Unused credits remain in your account with no expiration
• Technical Issues: Refunds may be granted at our discretion for technical failures
• Fraudulent Charges: Report unauthorized charges within 30 days

Billing

You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred under your account. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

Termination
